All cancellation deadlines are calculated based on the scheduled starting time of the booked activity.
2. Tours in the Provinces of Lecce, Brindisi, Taranto and Bari
For all daily tours taking place in the provinces of Lecce, Brindisi, Taranto and Bari, cancellations are accepted free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the activity.
If the cancellation is made within this period, 97.5% of the amount paid will be refunded.
The remaining 2.5% is non-refundable, as it covers administrative costs, booking management expenses, and payment processing fees charged by electronic payment providers.
Cancellations received after this deadline, or failure to attend the activity (no-show), are not eligible for any refund.
3. Other Daily Tours
For all daily tours not included in the category above, cancellations are accepted up to 96 hours (4 days) before the scheduled starting time.
If the cancellation is made within this period, 97.5% of the amount paid will be refunded.
The remaining 2.5% is non-refundable, as it covers administrative costs, booking management expenses, and payment processing fees charged by electronic payment providers.

No administrative fees or deductions will apply when the cancellation is initiated by the Organizer.
5. Exceptions for Medical Reasons
